Over the course of 60 minutes, you’ll experience a slow, mindful pace that combines flowing sequences with extended Yin postures. In the Flow portions, we’ll move with intention, building warmth and fluidity throughout the body. During the Yin segments, expect longer holds (3-5 minutes) in grounded poses designed to access deep connective tissue, helping to release tension, increase flexibility, and quiet the mind.
