
This deeply restorative class combines the grounding practice of Yin yoga with intentional breathwork to release stored tension and cultivate inner calm. You’ll hold poses for an extended period of time to gently soften the muscles and connective tissues, creating space and stillness within the body. The practice concludes with an extended savasana and guided three-part breathwork to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation. Open to all levels, this class offers a soothing reset for body, mind, and spirit.
