Defend, Movement & Flow is a dynamic, full-spectrum experience designed to strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, and ground the spirit. Each session weaves together boxing, HIIT, and yoga/mobility to offer a powerful balance of strength, endurance, and flexibility. You’ll begin by activating your body with foundational boxing techniques that build confidence, coordination, and self-defense awareness. You’ll then move into high-intensity intervals to elevate your heart rate, boost stamina, and awaken your full physical potential. The flow transitions into yoga-based mobility work to increase range of motion, reduce tension, and reconnect you to your breath.

Class concludes with a grounding mindfulness meditation, allowing you to integrate the physical work and return to a centered, calm state.
