
Our strength and conditioning program will consist of 3 lift days throughout the week. Volume and intensity is going to be adjusted to minimize fatigue and soreness throughout the spring. Each athlete will have their own individualized program sent to them, which can be done here at The Hill or at their own facility remotely.
